It contains high concentrations of acid-lactic bacteria (lactobacilli and Pediococcus sp), yeasts (sucromycetes), concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria (Rhodopseudomonas sp.), And actinomycetes. These microorganisms are protected and coated with silicates that allow them to withstand high temperatures, remain viable and retain their effectiveness; for this reason it can be used in pelletizing the food.
