FOSFODROG T INY® is a combination of active ingredients with bactericidal action. Fosfomycin acts by inhibiting the formation of the cell wall and trimethoprim acts in the inhibition of the enzymatic route for the synthesis of the new genetic material of the bacterium. The combination of both antibiotics has shown great synergism for the treatment of diseases produced by β-hemolytic Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., Proteus spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus spp. and Staphylococcus aureus.
