DESCRIPCIÓN

LEVODROG® has as an active ingredient the Levofloxacin, a third generation fluoroquinolone that inhibits the activity of the bacterial enzyme topoisomerase IV, necessary for the formation and proper replication of DNA, preventing the reproduction of bacterial cells thus controlling infections. This fluoroquinolone shows a longer plasmatic half-life, allowing a single administration per day, being also more potent against Grampositive, Gram-negative and mycoplasma bacteria.
