BMDROG P is a polypeptide antibiotic based on bacitracin methylene disalicylate, produced by strains of Bacillus lincheniformis and Bacillus subtilis var. Tracy; It inhibits the synthesis of the mucopeptide that forms the bacterial cell wall, preventing its formation and leading to cell lysis.BMDROG P is not absorbed in the intestinal tract, which is why it does not develop detectable residues in meat (tissues) or eggs. Very effective
against Clostridium perfringes, which causes necrotic enteritis, and other bacteria sensitive to bacitracin.
